Background:

Before I found meditation I was living a very unhealthy life and at the age of 26, I got diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, that moment my life changed drastically.

I didn't want this disease to take my life over, so I had to make a lot of lifestyle changes. First I discovered yoga which led me to the path of meditation. Daily practice gave me balance, discipline, love, and motivation to be a better person and it ultimately helped me bring my health back. As a meditation teacher, I want to help people connect with their minds and true selves. I myself have experienced how a daily meditation practice can change a hectic and stressful life and turn it into a calm and loving one. My meditation practice has had such a positive influence on my life, that I wish to share this experience with others!
