Join the Unplug community for this special event celebrating the release of local author, Nikki Mark's "Tommy’s Field: Love, Loss & the Goal of a Lifetime, an "inspirational debut memoir” and “winner” as lauded by Publisher's Weekly.  This deeply personal healing experience from the inside out will leave your heart feeling lighter, full of hope, and inspired to turn your deepest pain into your greatest inspiration.

After Nikki Mark’s 12-year-old son Tommy went to sleep and did not wake up in 2018, Nikki embarked on an alternative healing journey to heal her heart. She began writing, serving, and exploring alternative healing modalities that bypassed traditional therapy and prescription medications and spoke to her soul. Her efforts quickly led her to Unplug, where she found hope and strength in Breathwork, Soundbaths, and community. Today, Nikki celebrates the release of her powerful memoir with us and shares what she has learned for the benefit of others in need of healing (aren’t we all?).

What you can expect:
This event will begin with a brief discussion with Nikki Mark, Breathwork expert Chris Plourde, and Sound Healer Kristina Joy about their respective journeys of loss and transformation and provide healing through the power of storytelling.

We will then move stuck energy and calm our nervous systems by actively breathing to inspirational music for 30-35 minutes with Chris Plourde.

Lastly, we will raise our frequencies and lift our spirits during a special 30-35-minute Soundbath led by Kristina and with a strong empasis on the heart chakra.
