Background:

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” This quote by Viktor Frankl sums up the insightful benefits that daily meditation has gifted me throughout the years.

Each morning it grounds me and aligns my inner and outer being with my life purpose.

I’ve been facilitating meditation through yoga classes and wellness retreats since 2010 for a diverse array of people, and I’m inspired by witnessing different human mindsets open up and their loving connection to life and themselves deepen.

I love making the practices accessible, inviting anyone who wants to live mindfully and wholeheartedly to give meditation a try.

A former school teacher and always a dancer and nature-loving trail-runner, I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained in Yoga Psychology and founder of Root 2 Rise Yoga in Hollywood, Los Angeles.
