WHY I PRACTICE MEDITATION:
Meditation practice enables me to become the "awareness" that I truly am at the deepest level of my being. It's a simple matter of training my ability to focus my attention in order to see into the true nature of reality.

Teaching not only supports my own journey toward living a peaceful life, it is also allows me to create an opening within me for consciousness to flow into others.
