Her writing and work have been featured in Time.com, Self Magazine, Women’s Health, Prevention Magazine, the LA Times, and Huffington Post. WHY I PRACTICE MEDITATION:
As a child, my father encouraged my brother and me to begin living lives of intent by taking time to meditate and ask: Who am I? What do I want? How can I serve?
Those questions and my meditation practice have been the cornerstones to living a life of fulfillment and intent.
