Jennifer is a classically trained dancer who never wanted to stop playing sports. While all that moving around resulted in a fit body, it left her mind anxious and fearful. Since her arrival to Los Angeles in 1998, she has been blessed to study under some of the most masterful teachers in healing modalities such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation. She is also a keen student of the body. Knowing we are spiritual beings in very physical bodies, Jennifer believes health and balance in all three - body, mind and spirit - are equally important. She works on cultivating awareness at all levels to bring you a deep, integrated and balanced approach to meditation. She is currently finishing her first book called Done. and is a regular contributor for some of the most recognized, magazines, blogs and media outlets.

Because it’s the best job in the world! I love seeing people connect to themselves and their innate peace, power, and light.
